How do I return an item?
At Pet Exceptionals we absolutely stand behind the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days of receipt for a full product refund excluding any shipping charges. The only exceptions to this policy are customized special order items or closeouts. We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns so you may return your order through the carrier of your choice. However we recommend using a trackable/insured method to guarantee successful delivery. Be sure to include a copy of your order. We will notify you by email when it is received, please be advised it may take several days to post depending on the Credit Card and the issuing bank.Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays).
